Gaza: Israeli air attacks continued to devastate civilian areas across the Gaza Strip, killing at least seven people in two separate assaults in the north and south of the region.
In northern Gaza’s Beit Lahiya, three Palestinians lost their lives in a targeted Israeli strike. Several others were wounded in the same attack, adding to the rising toll of casualties as Israeli operations persist in urban and residential zones.
Meanwhile, in the southern Gaza area of al-Mawasi, which Israel had previously declared a “humanitarian zone,” a drone strike claimed the lives of at least three civilians. The designation of such areas has come under growing scrutiny as assaults within them continue to take lives. Just nearby, in Khan Younis, a young child who had suffered injuries in an earlier Israeli bombardment succumbed to wounds and died, according to field reporters.
These incidents highlight the ongoing dangers civilians face even in places presumed to be safe. As strikes continue across central, northern, and southern Gaza, the humanitarian crisis intensifies with each passing day.
